How To Attract More of What You Want
You are a human magnet and you have within your capability the power to attract in to your life whatever you want at anytime. The way that you attract "more of what you want" is by focusing on what you want instead of focusing on "what you do not want".
There are many principles that you can master that will bring you closer to understanding the laws of how to attract more of what you want in your life. I am going to share with you three at this time. The three principles of the Law of Attracting more of what you want in your life are:
1) Bless What You Want
2) Be Grateful for What You Have and
3) Give
#1 Bless What You Want
Remember that you will get more of what you want when you give your attention to what it is that you desire. So, when you see someone who has what it is that you desire for yourself, you should bless that person and do not curse that person. You curse a person when you are jealous or when you hate on what it is that they possess.
If you practice being jealous or hating on the possessions or relationships of others, then what you are doing is repelling what you desire away from you.
When you bless people who are in possession of what it is that you want for yourself then what you are actually doing is giving your desires positive attention. When you give your desires positive attention then you will attract more of the same.
#2 Practice Gratitude
You should also practice being grateful for what you have already in your possession and for what you believe you will receive in the future. Let me ask you a question. If you were around a person who did not appreciate you, how long would you stick around that person? I can safely say that you would be more likely to keep company with someone who appreciates you and who is thankful that you are around.
Well, that is exactly how the law of attraction works. When you show sincere thanks and appreciation for what you have and for what you believe you will receive in the future you will attract more of what it is that you are sincerely thankful for.
#3 Give
This is a very important principle and it is one that should not be over looked. In order to receive you must first give. You may say that you have nothing to give but if you examine your life closely you will find that you have a lot that you can give. For example, you can give money, time, kindness, patience and understanding. You can give a hand picked flower, make a card, cook and share dinner, give clothes that you are no longer able to wear. There is something that you can give. In order to reach and receive true abundance then you must give.
When you give, make sure that you are not giving because you want to reap the rewards. When you give, give with a generous and pure heart.

Teach Your Child Their Telephone Number in Less Than 30 Minutes

It is important that your children know their home phone number and their parent's cell phone numbers in case of an emergency. Teaching a child to memorize numbers can be challenging because children, like adults, have different ways of retaining information. I have discovered an easy and fun way to help your child memorize their telephone number. The method is by associating numbers with words.

Method: Power of Association
Associate the number with having a first name, middle name and a last name

1) The teacher ask the child to say and write their first name.
2) The teacher ask the child to say and write their middle name.
3) The teacher ask the child to say and write their last name.

The teacher will explain to the child that a phone number has a first name, middle name and a last name too.

The First name of the designated number is....777
The middle name of the designated number is...777
The last name of the designated number is... 7777

The numbers used here are examples. You should replace these numbers with your home or cell numbers.

1) The teacher then asks the child to say and write the first name of their number.
2) The teacher then asks the child to say and write the middle name of their number.
3) The teacher then asks the child to say and write the last name of their number.

Result:
In 30 minutes the child will be able to learn and recall their phone number through association. The teacher should practice this method of associating the child's name with their phone number several times daily in order for the information to stick. The teacher should ask the child:

1) What is your telephone number's first name?
2) What is your telephone number's middle name?
3) What is your telephone number's last name?
4) Finally the teacher should ask the child simply to tell you his or her telephone number.

The final method does not require you to say first, middle or last name.

                      The Habits of Focus, Discipline and Consistency can be Learned by Walking

                      In order to be successful you are going to need to apply successful habits. Successful habits are: 1) being able to focus 2) being disciplined and 3) being consistent.
                      You can actually learn and master each of these habits by walking. If you walk for one hour three times a week for one year can successfully teach yourself and master the habits of being focused, disciplined and consistent.
                      The Habit of Being Focused
                      1) Set a walking goal that is not comfortable for you. For example: Plan to walk 5 miles three times a week for a year.
                      2) Get a planner and on the days Monday, Wednesday and Friday for the next year, pencil in the word "walking".
                      3) Establish a time that will be convenient for you to walk (such as 7am-8am) and then write the time underneath all of the places where you wrote the word walking.
                      Your focus is "Walking 5 miles every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for a year.
                      The Habit of Being Disciplined
                      Once you start your walking regime it will not be uncommon for you to come up against a defeatist attitude. In the beginning, you may become tired and you may even want to give up and quit. You may also find that your convenient schedule is not so convenient anymore and you may want to swap back and forth in order to fit your walking regime around your schedule instead of fitting your schedule around your walking regime.
                      What ever reasons that may pop up in your mind to get you to permanently sway from your focus, do not comply with them. Remember that by sticking to your schedule you are developing the habit of being disciplined.
                      The Habit of Being Consistent
                      The way that you develop a successful habit is by doing the same positive action over and over again for a period of time.
                      When you walk for 5 miles every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the exact time for 1 year and you do not sway from your focus, you will have developed the habit of being consistent.
                      Positive Results
                      In order to be successful, you have to be able to see successful results. When you have a focus, a plan to achieve your focus, and you are disciplined in following your plan then you should be able to see positive results.
                      When you walk 5 miles three days every week for a year, then you should be able to see improved health and weight loss.

                      5 Sure Fire Steps to Getting What You Want When You Want It

                      Plan To Succeed
                      Setting a goal and having a plan of action to achieve your goal is going to be the key to your success. You can have what you want when you want it by creating your very own Plan of Action for Success in just 5 easy steps. The steps are 1) Decide what you want 2) Write out your Desire Statement 3) Write out your Plan of Action 4) Get Motivated 5) Review Your Plans Daily
                      #1 Decide what you want
                      Get a notebook and write on page one your long termed goal. Be creative! You can cut out the letters from a magazine or you can use bright color markers to write out your long termed goal. You should also add pictures to describe your long termed goal. For instance, if your long termed goal is to take a one week vacation to the Bahamas, then you can cut out the letters "B" "A" "H" "A" "M" "A" "S": from a magazine and paste them on the first page of your notebook. On the following pages of your notebook, add pictures of the ocean, the resort that you would like to stay in, the activities you would like to participate in etc.
                      #2 Write a Desire Statement
                      Write out your desire statement. An example of a Desire Statement is "I will be vacationing in the Bahamas for one week on January 1-7 (year). Give yourself a dead line to achieve your goal otherwise it is just wishful dreaming.
                      #3 Plan of Action
                      Once you have identified your long termed goal and you have set the date that you expect to achieve your goal, the next step is to develop a plan of action. Your plan of action will include all of the necessary steps that it will take for you to successfully meet your goal. In Step #1, I gave the long termed goal of taking a vacation to the Bahamas. Let's say that I will take my vacation two years from today's date.
                      Two years from today's date gives me plenty of time to plan in advance and save enough money to cover the cost of my vacation (staying in a resort, plane ticket, activity money, meals). When you plan in advance, you get great deals on plane tickets and you also get great deals on resort prices.
                      #4 Get Motivated
                      You are going to need to stay motivated. Remember that you are working on your long termed goal and a lot of things will have happened in your life from the time that you set your goal until the time that you achieve your goal. If you do not stay motivated, you can easily be deterred and give up on achieving your goal
                      A great way to stay motivated about achieving your goals is to write in your notebook a list of motivational quotes and or inspirational scriptures.
                      #5 Review Your Notebook Daily
                      Every day, I want you to open up your notebook and review your goal. It is a good idea to review you goal before you go to bed at night and when you wake up in the morning. Make sure that you state out loud your desire statement, your motivational quotes and inspirational scriptures. You should also be sure to do something every day that will bring you closer to achieving your goals.

                      I am a happy person so I can tell you that having a happy day every day is not an accident, it requires work on your part. I want to share with you my system of being happy everyday. The key to my happiness can be
                      summarized in my 30 minute routine that conditions my mind for happiness.

                      How to Condition Your Mind For Happiness in 30 Minutes
                      Every night before you go to bed and as soon as you wake up in the morning you should declare out loud "Today is going to be a Great Day!" When you declare that you are going to have a great day it is at that point that your happiness begins.
                      After you declare out loud that you are going to have a great day, the next thing that you have to do is work towards having a fantastic day. You can work towards having a terrific day by following these three simple steps. The three steps are: 1. Read inspirational scripture 2. Listen to inspirational music and 3. Laugh

                      #1 Read Inspirational Scripture
                      The most important thing that you can do to have a great day is to include God in your plans. In the morning take about 10 minutes of your time and read inspirational scripture. Psalms and Proverbs are great scriptures to read to help you start your day off to a great start. You can also read inspirational quotes, a poem, or a chapter from a book that inspires you.

                      After you spend 10 minutes reading your inspirational scripture, the next thing you can do to ensure that your day goes well, is to spend 10 minutes of your time listening to inspirational music.                             If you are wondering where I have been the last few days, well let me tell you...I have been buried in Napoleon's Hill book "The Magic Ladder to Success".  I am in the process of reading every book that I can find that Napoleon Hill has written.

                            So far, I have read "Think and Grow Rich". The thing about Napoleon Hill is that you have to do more than just read his books you have to put what you have read in to action.

                            Truthfully, I am definitely seeing a difference in my mental state as to how I view things. I am more positive, focused and goal oriented.

                            The great thing about "The Magic Ladder to Success" is that it gives you a great outline as to how to improve yourself as it relates to improving your personality, building self-confidence, gaining self control and so much more.
